This hat is a work of art. On one side, white velvet petals. On the other side, leaves and a flower. It's just fantastic! In excellent vintage condition - the velvet petals are whiter than my detail photo suggests, but not a brilliant white, more like a creamy white - and the age of the hat has affected the colour, but that's just the way I like it!! Label: Regine France - Paris Year: It was sold to me as possibly 1920s, but I think it's later. My feeling veers towards late 40s, early 50s. Size: Medium - sits on the crown but a little too big for a small head without the aid of a hatpin. Ref: hat17
